Position Overview: As an Accounting Teacher at Jenya, you will have a unique opportunity to educate and empower our employees with essential accounting knowledge and skills. Your role will involve planning and delivering effective accounting courses, assessing employee progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials for accounting courses.
• Teach fundamental accounting principles, concepts, and practices to employees.
• Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
• Assess and evaluate employee performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to employees to help them improve and excel in accounting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align the curriculum with company objectives and employee needs.
• Stay updated on industry accounting standards and incorporate relevant content into the courses.
• Participate in company-wide training and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional teaching experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and relevant software.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate employees in the learning process.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in employees' growth and development.
• Teaching certification or credentials (if required by the company).
